1. Return Policy
We only accept returns in case of a manufacturing defect or damaged product.
To qualify for a return:

The issue must be reported within 2 days of receiving the parcel.

You must provide your order number when contacting us.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Original packaging must be intact.
If the product does not meet these conditions, the return request may be rejected.
2. Exchange Policy
Exchange in Case of Defect
If the product has a defect, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order via email or phone with your order number.
The product must be:

Unused and unwashed

In original condition

With complete original packaging
If these conditions are not met, the exchange will not be processed.
Exchange by Customer Choice (Size/Preference Change)
If you request an exchange due to size issue or personal preference (and the product has no defect):

Exchange request must be made within 2 days of receiving the parcel.

The product must be unused and in original packaging.

Delivery charges for exchange will be paid by the customer.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Used or washed items

Products without original packaging

Items reported after 2 days of delivery
